Hello All,
The children have been learning the story of The Sick Servant. (Luke 7) This scripture tells us how Jesus healed the captain's servant. The children learned what a servant can do to help others.
They talked about how Jesus loves us and how we have helpers in our houses.

The children have been very excited to see our butterflies that hatched this week. They have also been apple printing and using the story pieces to retell our bible stories. The children will be making centerpieces next week and singing at the senior lunch on October 15. Singing starts at 11:20.

Children's portraits will be taken October 14 and 15. Children's portraits cannot be taken on October 13 due to a scheduling conflict. Family portraits will be taken the night of our potluck dinner. Please bring in sitting fee forms if you are still interested. Don't forget to sign for the Harvest Potluck dinner on October 15.
